By QSHE professionals.
QSHE began with a familiar challenge: the responsibility was there, but the right tools were either missing or beyond the budget. Managing quality, safety, health and environment across multiple UK sites meant keeping track of people, records and actions through systems that did not always work together.
Over six years, the platform has developed and evolved around those practical needs. The lessons came from doing the work: seeing what helped teams, what created extra administration, and what made it harder to follow an issue through to completion.
That experience shapes QSHE today. Connected modules, clear responsibilities and accessible records help bring the management system into everyday work. Unlimited users means more of your team can take part without a separate licence charge for each person.
Keeping costs low is part of the purpose. We want to offer a sustainable platform that businesses can afford to keep using, with practical value for the people relying on it. Whether you manage one site or support several, the aim is the same: less chasing, clearer ownership and a system that is easier to work with.

One site or several. Self-service or a helping hand. Here’s how QSHE can fit the way your business works.
Yes. The company subscription includes the released platform modules, unlimited users and your first site. Additional sites are charged at the published site rate. Specialist assessments, templates, internal audit support and separately agreed onboarding services are quoted separately. Coming-soon training is not yet available; its pricing will be announced when confirmed.
Yes. Managers can be given access to the sites and modules they are responsible for, helping them support several locations within the same company workspace. Site permissions keep the relevant work in view. Separate companies or unusual group structures should be discussed so the right arrangement can be agreed.
QSHE is designed for single-site businesses too. Your first site is included, and users assigned to one site have it filled in automatically where applicable. You can bring your people, records and actions together now and add sites later if the business grows.
You can begin self-service setup as soon as your company workspace and administrator access are ready. The onboarding area guides you through company details, users, employees, training, documents and other enabled modules. Email verification, eligibility checks and workspace preparation are part of the trial journey. Getting your own records and arrangements fully set up takes as long as your business needs.
Yes. Choose self-service onboarding and work through the setup tasks at your own pace. Supported import templates let you preview employee, training-history and document-detail records before confirming them. You can save progress and come back to tasks later.
Yes. QSHE can support onboarding, or you can use a mixture of self-service and assistance. The scope, responsibilities, timescales and fees for assisted setup are agreed under a separate quotation and terms. Within the application, onboarding help requests let you exchange preparation files and replies. Your administrator checks and confirms supported imports.
The current platform has an in-app notifications inbox for action updates and relevant upcoming or overdue reviews, checks and expiries. What a person sees follows their role, sites and module access. Reminders refresh while using QSHE. Browser or mobile push notifications are not currently provided; they should not be relied on for time-critical controls.
Yes. QSHE support is available 24/7. Contact us whenever you need help and we aim to respond and provide support as quickly as possible.
Explore a private workspace containing fictional example records so you can see the modules in context. The seven-day period begins once preparation is complete. No paid subscription starts automatically.
Yes. The supported imports cover employee records, training history and document details, using a preview-and-confirm process. Certificates and controlled PDFs are attached to the relevant records separately. Bespoke migration or preparation work can be discussed as part of an onboarding quotation.
The package includes every released module, while administrators control who can access particular sites, modules and functions. This lets your organisation involve the wider team while keeping investigation, administration and other restricted work with the appropriate people.
The company subscription is £99 per month or £999 annually, including the first site. Each additional site is £20 per month or £199 annually. Annual billing saves £189 on the company subscription and £41 for each additional site compared with twelve monthly payments. Monthly payments are under a 12-month agreement.
QSHE supports the records, evaluations, actions and reviews behind a management system. Your organisation remains responsible for assessing its obligations, implementing suitable arrangements and checking effectiveness. Software and templates do not by themselves establish compliance or certification.
