Using this website

These website terms describe use of qshe.co.uk and www.qshe.co.uk, operated under the QSHE name by QSHE Limited. Contact info@qshe.co.uk for enquiries. Last updated: 1 November 2026. Reading this website does not create a paid subscription or authorise a charge.

Business service

QSHE is intended for organisations and authorised business users. Your organisation remains responsible for its operational decisions, competent advice, statutory duties and the accuracy and suitability of its records. QSHE supports management processes; using the software does not itself establish legal compliance, certification, competence or safe working conditions.

Seven-day free trial

Where registration is available, an authorised business representative can apply through the QSHE application. Email verification, eligibility checks and acceptance of the applicable trial agreement are part of that process. The standard trial lasts seven days from the workspace becoming ready, subject to any extension agreed by QSHE. It includes fictional example information for evaluation. No payment method is required and there is no automatic paid subscription, renewal or charge. Access expires at the recorded end time unless extended or replaced by an agreed paid arrangement. Expiry does not automatically delete stored information. The agreement shown and recorded in the application governs the trial.

Paid subscriptions and prices

A paid service requires a separate subscription order and acceptance of its terms. The standard subscription commitment is twelve months; monthly billing does not turn it into a rolling monthly contract. Published core prices are £99 per month or £999 per year, with the first site included. Additional sites are £20 per month or £199 per year. Users are unlimited within the customer’s agreed company, access and fair-use arrangements. The order and invoice identify the actual scope, billing frequency, applicable taxes and payment arrangements. Website browsing, an enquiry or a trial does not place a paid order. Renewal, termination and any refund rights are governed by the accepted subscription agreement and applicable law.

Storage and additional services

The included uploaded-file allowance is 10 GB per company, shared across its sites and modules. Adding another site does not add another 10 GB. Retained attachments and revisions count towards the allowance. Extra storage requires a separately agreed charge; the website does not authorise automatic overage billing. Assessments, consultancy, onboarding assistance and other professional services are quoted separately unless expressly included in the order. Training shown as coming soon is not a currently available accredited course offer.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials and private portal links confidential. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass permissions, distribute malware, overload the service or use it unlawfully. Upload only material you are entitled to use and share. Administrators must assign access appropriately and handle personal information lawfully. Trial workspaces are for fictional or anonymised evaluation data; do not upload real medical or other sensitive operational information to a demonstration trial.

Content and intellectual property

QSHE branding, website materials and product presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view, print and retain copies for evaluating the service or for your organisation’s permitted use. Do not resell or republish the materials as your own product. Customers retain ownership of their own uploaded content; access and processing rights for that content are addressed in the customer agreement. Screenshots contain fictional demonstration data and are illustrative.

Availability, links and reliance

We may update the website and product. Features, availability and descriptions can change, and we will correct identified errors. We do not promise that this website is continuously available or free from every defect. External links are provided for convenience; the linked operator controls its service. Product claims should be read alongside the actual order and agreement. Do not use marketing examples as completed workplace assessments, professional advice or approved operating instructions.

Responsibility and customer agreements

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These website terms do not replace or reduce rights or obligations under a separately accepted trial or subscription agreement. The relevant accepted agreement governs service commitments, processing instructions, charges, termination and contractual liability.

Privacy, updates and disputes

Read the Privacy notice for information handling. Revised website terms apply from publication to future website use; they do not silently rewrite an existing subscription agreement. Contact us first about a concern. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow to be displaced.
